When we created Heya, our goal was and is to consistently provide you with an outstanding customer experience everytime you shop with us. This Return Policy covers all items purchased through Heya. It's designed to give you confidence that we stand behind the products on our marketplace and to make returns easy if you're not fully satisfied with an item. You should review these terms carefully before making any purchase.

Not satisfied with an item that you purchased? We get it, sometimes things just don't work out or come the way you want them to and you want your money back. 
 
Heya curates third-party sellers for quality and style, offering you a wide array of home products. Although we feature them on our website, these sellers store & pack the items themselves before delivering them to you. As a marketplace, we only facilitate in providing a platform for a transaction between the buyer and seller. As such, any return policy will be guided by the respective sellers. Before purchasing these items, we encourage you to take note if they are marked as "Yes" or "No" in the Return Policy checkbox indicated on the product page. 
 
Do take note that the payment gateway fees of (3.4% of your purchase price + 50 cents) will not be refundable.   

Warranty Information

 

Want to make sure that your product is covered? Some products may be covered by each individual vendor's warranty agreements. If you have any doubts, please contact the individual vendors or check on the product details to learn more about the product's warranty coverage before purchasing.


Fair Use

 

Don't play play! If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that just doesn't seem right, for example if we suspect that a user is ordering and returning loads - way more than even the most loyal Heya customer would order. We reserve the right to deactivate your account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think that we've made a mistake, please get in touch with Heya's Customer Support team and we will be happy to discuss it with you.
